Technische documenten bewijzen alleen wat binnen hun toepassingsgebied is beoordeeld. De werkelijke ondergrond, exacte laagopbouw, details, klimaatcondities en uitvoering bepalen of die prestatie op het project aannemelijk en duidelijk blijft.
Daarom scheiden we productbewijs, systeembewijs en projectinformatie. Claims worden pas gebruikt wanneer de juiste documentversie en projectsituatie bij elkaar passen.

Cutlery support
Six parts of an executable system specification.
Substrate
Type, age, strength, moisture, flatness, contamination and existing layers must be verifiable.
Layer functions
Primer, repair, detail reinforcement, membrane, broadcasting, sealing layer and protection separately.
Achievement
Only require relevant performance: water pressure, crack bridging, slip, chemistry, UV, fire or root load.
Execution
Link climate limits, recoat times, mixing, consumption, layer thickness and protection to the current product documentation.
Control
Determine test surface, adhesion, visual inspection, measuring method, hold points and acceptance criteria in advance.
File
Versions, batches, measured values, photos, deviations and maintenance information must be complete upon transfer.

PolyShield does not automatically carry out every preparatory or constructive discipline itself. Mechanical preparation, heavy concrete repair, injection work, access or additional finishing can be provided by selected partners or other construction parties.
