The exact materials, preparation and consumption are only determined after inspection. The four functions always remain recognizable.

Prepared surface
The roof is inspected, cleaned and repaired where necessary. Wet, loose or insufficiently load-bearing parts are not simply enclosed.

Surface-specific primer
The primer is matched to, for example, bitumen, concrete, metal or an existing coating and organizes the adhesion of the complete system.

Reinforced details
Seams, bilges, drains, curbs, skylights and penetrations receive a targeted detail treatment before the main surface follows.

White 2K polyurea membrane
The seamless, elastic and UV-resistant white layer directly forms the waterproof final membrane of the premium structure shown.

Yes, for appropriate business projects. Project size, technical complexity, accessibility and planning together determine whether implementation can be organized logically.

Can 2K polyurea be used over existing bitumen?

Dat kan bij een technisch geschikte, stabiele en voldoende droge dakopbouw. Naden, blazen, hechting, isolatie en details worden eerst beoordeeld; primer en voorbereiding zijn per project.

Is the white membrane itself UV-resistant?

Within our premium system, the white, UV-resistant 2K membrane immediately forms the waterproof final layer. A separate fifth finishing layer is not necessary in this structure shown.

Can we digitally measure the roof in advance?

Yes. The free roof measurement supports Dutch addresses and provides an indicative surface area. Final quantities follow from inspection and project recording.
